The Harjindra DF40 Single Facer is a bod Nes Design, it offers high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The rolls anr mounted on roller bearing for smooth rinning and longer life, minutely finished Flute Folls result in pergect formation of Flutes, Lubrication system based on high temperature fluorinated grease which solves a long standing industry provlenwith recirculating oil lubrication system, with elimination of lubricating oil system, the wastage of oil and leakage on the floor is prevented. Two Pre Heaters are provided with the Machine.
30 Minute Flute Change

Another innovation on the DF 40 is the flute change time. Modern single facers must be flexible enough to change flutes quickly to allow the plant to meet the xustimers needs without excessive downtime.

The DG 40 unique slide roll system, with corrugating rolls mounted on two sides of one frame, allows a cimp;ete roll change ing less than 30 minutes. flute change are fast, simplw and safe. Once the roll carriage is in p;ace there are no adjustment to be made and no fine tuning is required.

Since the rolls are removed and replaced automatically, the roll change is safe and easy even when the rolls are hot, the foolproof design of cartridge roll change can be routinely and safelu accomplished, even by less experience crews.

The quick Flute Change capability allows the boxplant greater flexibility in scheduking as wdll as the ability to offer the custmer whatever flute profile he needs.
